How We Keep Things Easy: Studio Policies You Should Know
-
When you book with one of our artists, you’re agreeing to our studio policies - but don’t worry, they’re all about keeping your expereince safe and exceptional!
-
Every tattoo starts at $120 + GST, this covers our prep work, sanitized equipment, and custom stencil creation. *Remember: This is just the baseline! Final pricing reflects your designs size, detail, and the artists’ time. Book a consult to get an accurate quote tailored to your version.
AGE POLICY: We love your enthusiasm, but all tattoos require clients to be 18+ with valid government ID. This is both studio policy and provincial law, no exceptions even with parental consent.
OUR NAME TATTOO POLICY: We only ink names of immediate family members or lifelong pets - this includes parents, siblings, children, and your fur babies. While we appreciate your love, we can’t tattoo: partner/spouse names, celebrity names, friend names (besties forever…but not on skin). This policy helps us protect your future self, no exceptions.
NECK, FACE & HAND TATTOO POLICY: We carefully consider each request for high-visibility placements, these require extra consultation. What to expect: artist discretion applies (we may decline certain designs).
-
To keep our creative space focused and comfortable, we kindly ask you to come solo to your appointment. Why we love this policy: better concentration for your artist, and more privacy for your experience. Need special accommodations? Message us in advance to discuss.
Our studio is a shared creative space, we expect kindness toward every artist, client, and guest.

-
We kindly require 72 hours’ notice for appointment changes to protect our artists’ time. Late reschedules may result in deposit forfeiture.
Life happens though! Exceptions can be made, please notify your artist immediately if issues arise. We’ll always try to work with you!
Frequent reschedules may result in deposit forfeiture at the artist’s discretion. We’ll always provide a warning first, because we believe in clear communication and mutual respect. *Please understand:
Multiple changes disrupt our artists’ schedules
We reserve the right to retain deposits after repeated reschedules
You’ll always receive notice before any forfeiture
We want to work with you! If you’re having scheduling challenges, let’s discuss alternatives that work for everyone. If you need to cancel, even in the middle of the night, it’s better to contact us than not showing or canceling moments before.
Under ideal circumstances, we kindly ask for 1-2 weeks’ notice when possible.
Cancel when you are sick! It is not recommended to get a tattoo when you are feeling unwell, and here are some reasons why:
Risk of infection is higher
Risk of spreading the germs
Discomfort: you may feel worse than you already are, and the tattooing process can exacerbate your symptoms.
Heal up first, then ink up! We’ll be here when you’re ready.
